Series on Urban Water Supply and Sanitation in Al-Thawra

The Al-Thawra Daily Newspaper has begun a series on Urban Water Supply and Sanitation. The following articles have been published so far:

1st January 2008:
Introduction into the situation of urban water supply and sanitation in the past and present

15th January 2008: Public awareness campaigns and stakeholder dialogue

29th January 2008: Case Study: Bajil

12th February 2008: Case Study: Zabid

The series aims to provide good practice in urban water supply and sanitation – made possible by Yemeni-German development cooperation - to a wider audience in Yemen. The Yemeni-German Technical Cooperation / Water Sector Program supports the Al-Tawra Daily Newspaper in continuing the series.
