Delegation of Abyan Basin Water Committee visits Jordan

A Delegation composed out of Representatives of the Abyan Basin Water Committee (AbBWC) and gtz-IWRM staff will travel to Jordan during May 30th and June 5th to visit relevant water management sites within the Hashemite Kingdom.
The gtz water Program in Jordan has created an interesting tour in which the delegates will be able to learn about the way Jordanian water management is carried out.
The purpose of this trip is to establish contacts to our Jordanian colleagues and to experience different ways of handling water related problems.
Many space will be given for discussions among water experts
After the delegation has returned a workshop will take place in which the different working groups present their findings and recommendations in relation to the AbBWC.
